Poppa G aka G made a phone call to his high school buddy he has not seen in years. G was going to visit his friend to see how he was doing with his family and work life. Normally, G doesn’t talk or hang out with anyone from high school years mainly due to his decision to cut ties with almost everyone after what happened during the housing market collapse of 2008 – 2011. So G was really going out of his way to make this happen.
