Being a go-to guy is actually very important when it comes to keeping your job because they rely on you to get the job done. When I said I didn’t want to be the go-to guy (G2G) during a conversation with a supervisor, It didn’t mean that I have a problem with being the G2G. I have no issue with helping out others and all, but I have no love for people who take my kindness as my weakness. When you are a G2G, many of your co-workers will try to be friendly with you.
